01. Informative report about personal dates
The data provided by the user are recorded on electronic databasis owned by the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L., which is also responsible for the treatment.
The provided data are supposed to be given during the login to the service and the following changes and/or integrations by the user.
The treatment of the data aims at :
- providing the foreseen services
- providing the services that the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L. thinks could interest the user
- verifying the quality of the offered services
- finding out the authors of possible illegal actions only in case of specific demands and on behalf of competent authorities.
The data are divided in two categories: compulsory and facultative, as they are marked in the forms.
The compulsory data are those strictly necessary for the provision of service and for security.
The facultative data are useful for the improvement both of the service and of the communications.
In conformity with the italian legislative decree No. 196/2003 the users always have direct acces via Web to their data, which are in possession of the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L., through their access codes ( username and password); it’s their responsability the integration, change or cancellation of the data at any time and without any intermediations.
Through the same interface the user can manage the reception, the periodicity and the contents of the informations provided by the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L..
The consent to the treatment of the personal data is given at the moment of the registration/log-in. If no consent is given, it is impossible to access the service, iven if the user can, at any moment, decide which data wants to let available for the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L. and
which informations he wants to receive.
However the user recede from the service when he makes the data which are absolutely necessary for his offer, unaccessible ( compulsory data).
02. Consens and information about the data handling
SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L. is strongly favourable to the anonymity of whom uses the NET for legittimate reasons. SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L. is strongly contrary to whom intends to hide under the apparently anonymity of the NET, actions contrary to laws, provisions and warns that through electronic recordings, SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L. is able to trace back the IP address of the client, to satisfy possible demands from the competent authorities.
The personal data can be transferred to third parties only with the consent of the user; their use will be limited to the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L. for communications concerning the present contract and for the delivery of informations and promotion of news and opportunities on the NET and offers in the field which concern the field which is object of this site. The reception or not and the content of the newsletter can be managed and personalized by the user through the WEB. The advertisements contained in the above mentioned free services, can be managed through the personalisation of the communications. Responsible for the treatment is the SIDERMARIOTTI S.R.L..
